Alpine Aerotech LP announces that it has completed the purchase of the assets and operations of Canadian Heli Structures Ltd. (CHS) in Abbotsford, BC, Canada. Alpine Aerotech will operate the CHS business, with the same experienced and qualified CHS people, in its new Abbotsford airport location, but as a division under the Alpine Aerotech name. CHS president Mike Duck will continue with Alpine Aerotech in a business development role, to help ensure the value, responsiveness and entrepreneurship that customers have come to expect, continues and grows.
“This acquisition is part of Alpine Aerotech’s strategic growth plans, and gives us a major presence in the greater Vancouver region, a key center of excellence for aviation and helicopter MRO”, says Alpine Aerotech president Jim Campbell. “Alpine Aerotech plans to maintain and grow both its Kelowna and Abbotsford facilities, and to fully utilize the best practices from each business location to ensure we continue to provide value, quality and service to all of our customers.”
