FlightSafety International Celebrates its 60th Anniversary

FlightSafety International announces the 60th anniversary of its founding.

Business aviation was just beginning when FlightSafety was incorporated in the State of New York on March 29, 1951. At that time, most business aviation pilots flew military aircraft converted to civilian use and, unlike commercial pilots, weren’t required to undergo formal training.

FlightSafety now serves as a factory authorized service provider for the vast majority of business and regional aircraft manufacturers and provides a wide variety of training programs and equipment to military and government agencies worldwide
