Northeast Aviation Technologies Becomes UNIFLIGHT West Penn

NorthEast Aviation Technologies (NEAT) will now be known as UNIFLIGHT West Penn since its acquisition by private equity investor Hawke Aerospace Group. Located at the Rostraver Airport in Westmoreland County, Penn., UNIFLIGHT West Penn will continue to perform fixed- and rotary-wing maintenance, repair and overhaul. The FAR Part 145 repair station specializes in comprehensive avionics, structures and inspections, and will expand its capabilities as part of the UNIFLIGHT group of companies.

“UNIFLIGHT West Penn, as it has been re-branded, significantly adds to UNIFLIGHT’s Northeastern U.S. presence and third-party maintenance network,” says Joseph Hawke, chairman of Hawke Aerospace Group. UNIFLIGHT West Penn will be the prime avionics design, integration and installation experts for Hawke Aerospace Group’s UNIFLIGHT LLC platform of aviation maintenance companies.
