Aircraft Maintenance Technician Summary: Please join us in Aurora, Oregon for work on Rotary Wing Aircraft. This is a direct opportunity and the opportunity to earn valuable experience. No licenses are required but we do require at least 1 year previous aircraft maintenance experience. Pay: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience. Shift: 1st shift, 7 am to 4:30 pm, M-Th, Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm, every other Friday off. Equipment: Rotary Wing Accessory Components The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will:• Perform overhaul, repair and testing of accessory components.• Cleans and inspects components and component parts for damage and wear using visual examination and special tooling and equipment. • Follows shop standard work procedures for cleanup and equipment preventive maintenance.• Replaces or repairs damaged or worn accessory component parts using general hand tools, special tools, pneumatic tools and precision measuring equipment. • Assembles components with same tools and equipment.• Utilizing special tools and/or equipment performs tests and/or checks as required to confirm component serviceability.• Properly documents all inspection findings and work performed/corrective action in the appropriate maintenance records to meet established standards.• Other duties as assigned.
