Boeing is seeking experienced Systems Engineers to work on a variety of exciting opportunities in Training and Professional Services.Systems engineers support all phases of the development life-cycle from inception to delivery on a variety of aircrew and maintenance training devices for both fixed-wing aircraft and rotorcraft platforms. The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills and experience in the areas of system requirements management, system design development, system integration, and test.The successful candidate will also have demonstrated knowledge of configuration management best practices and the ability to coordinate within a large multi-site Integrated Product Team and resolve cross-functional issues.These positions involve frequent interaction with end users and customer partners and will require occasional travel to installation sites, suppliers, and other Boeing facilities.As a Systems Engineer you will work with a team in a casual but professional environment where there is long-term potential for career growth into management or technical leadership positions.Boeing is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems.We are engineers and technicians. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Basic Qualifications (Required):This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.The ability to obtain interim and final clearance post-start is required.Engineering degree.Basic Qualifications (Preferred):Experience with training systems development.Experience with aircraft systems and/or maintenance.IBM Rational DOORS experience.System engineering experience in most of the following areas: Systems, Design, Architecture, Integration, Requirements, or Test.Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework enterprise project management model.Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
