Boeing is seeking experienced Systems Engineers to work on a variety of exciting opportunities in Training and Professional Services.Systems engineers support all phases of the development life-cycle from inception to delivery on a variety of aircrew and maintenance training devices for both fixed-wing aircraft and rotorcraft platforms. The successful candidate will have considerable skills and experience in leading the activities of system architecture research and design, system requirements management, system design development, complex system integration, and test.The successful candidate will also have the ability to leverage existing technologies, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure the successful implementation and execution of the requirements, design, integration and test activities.These positions involve frequent interaction with end users and customer partners and will require occasional travel to installation sites, suppliers, and other Boeing facilities.Boeing is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems.We are engineers and technicians. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Basic Qualifications (Required):This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.The ability to obtain interim and final clearance post-start is required.Engineering degree. Basic Qualifications (Preferred):Considerable experience with training systems development.Significant experience with aircraft systems and/or maintenance.IBM Rational DOORS experience.Have lead all or most of the following activities: Systems Engineering, Design, Architecture, Integration, Requirements, or Test.Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework enterprise project management model.Experience leading multiple person teams of systems engineers, test engineers, or system architects. Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
