Eve Air Mobility ("Eve") (NYSE: EVEX; EVEXW) signs a letter of intent with AirX Inc., Japan’s largest public helicopter air-charter service, for up to 10 firm and up to 40 optional electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The order will support the continued development and scaling of innovative transportation operations in Japan.

Helicopter Association International (HAI) announces a new partnership with the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) and the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Transportation Safety Institute (TSI) to provide safety management training to HAI members by enabling them to sign up for NATA’s Air Transport Safety Manager (ATSM) certification program.

S.A.F.E. Structure Designs announces the delivery of custom fall-protection maintenance platforms to the U.S. Army in Ft Hood, TX. The SAFETY FIRST ergonomic platforms allow technicians safe access to all areas of their Boeing CH-47F aircraft fleet. The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) announces the offering of two scholarships for the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operators (IS-BAO) and International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) workshops. Submissions for applications are being accepted until March 25, 2022, at the Women in Corporate Aviation (WCA) website with a membership login.

Astronautics Corporation of America announces the launch of its AeroSync Mission (AEC115) connectivity solution and branding of its AeroSync connectivity product line at HAI Heli-Expo 2022. AeroSync is a next-generation of secure and integrated connectivity products that enable quick and reliable data transmission for crews and passengers operating in demanding helicopter environments.

The Milestone Aviation Group Limited (“Milestone”), a leader in helicopter leasing, partners with Australian fire-fighting equipment designer, Helitak Fire Fighting Equipment Pty Ltd (“Helitak”), to develop a new mission for the Sikorsky S-92A as a next-generation, multipurpose fire-fighting platform.

StandardAero is unveiling the industry’s first 4-axis autopilot available for retrofit on AS350 helicopters. The autopilot, developed in partnership with Thales and known as StableLight, is equipped in an AS350 test rotorcraft. Demonstration flights will be performed during the 2022 HAI Heli-Expo on March 8-10 at the Dallas Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center Vertiport.
