United Rotorcraft Awarded EC130 T2 Medical Completion Agreement

United Rotorcraft announces it was awarded the contract by Enloe Medical Center of Chico, Calif., to
complete the medical center’s new Eurocopter EC130 T2 aircraft. The contract includes the manufacture
and integration of a new Federal Aviation Administration (STC’d) approved medical EMS interior and
avionics suite. The aircraft is slated to be delivered during the fourth quarter of 2013.

"Enloe FlightCare selected United Rotorcraft for the air medical completion of our new EC 130 T2
because we believe they offer the best solution for our specific needs,” said Marty Marshall, Enloe
FlightCare Pilot and Director of Enloe’s Emergency Services. “Our FlightCare personnel conducted site
visits to potential completion centers and they were thoroughly impressed with United Rotorcraft's
facility, expertise and innovative EC 130 T2 air medical interior."

“United Rotorcraft is excited about the opportunity to work with Enloe Medical Center and its FlightCare
team as they are a well‐established and respected non‐profit operation,” stated Brian Leonard, Manager
of Business Development, United Rotorcraft. “It’s especially exciting to work with Enloe FlightCare on
this program, as they are the launch customer in the United States for the EC130 T2 in the Helicopter
Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) industry. At United Rotorcraft we are committed to advancing air
medical technology for the unique needs of the industry, and partnering with Enloe and the launch of
this new airframe model is a perfect match to that established commitment.”

The medical interior design will be based off United Rotorcraft’s current EC130 B4 HEMS interior, but
will incorporate new next‐generation advances to meet the needs of Enloe’s operations as well as any
future EC130 T2 customers. The aircraft will be outfitted with a right hand side loading patient system
that will allow for greater patient access, transport of neonatal patients in isolettes, advanced cardiac
patient transports on Inter‐Aortic Balloon Pumps (IABP), as well as other critically ill or injured patients.
Additionally, the cockpit instrument panel features avionic upgrades including dual Garmin 430s, Garmin
G500H, Skywatch 497 TAS, Satellite Weather, and Skyconnect satellite tracking and voice
communication.

The EC 130T2 succeeds its predecessor, the EC 130 B4 as one of the most highly successful single engine
helicopters in Air Medical Service. Improvements in power, performance, ride comfort and speed will
enhance Air Medical Transport operations for Enloe and others nationwide. In addition, reduced direct
maintenance cost will provide operators with improved economics. With the largest cabin of any single
engine helicopter in its class, the EC 130 offers a unique combination of excellent patient access, low
maintenance and reliable operation.
