Airwolf UH-1 TT Straps (Rigid Link) Now DLA Source Approved

Airwolf Aerospace announces that its medium Bell TT straps, also known as a rigid link, have been approved by the DLA as a source of supply for NSN: 3040-01- 299-8100 for UH-1 helicopters. Airwolf’s cage code (6S0N4) has been added to the Approved Manufacturers Parts Listing (AMPL), allowing Airwolf to participate in USA DLA solicitations as well as solicitations for direct foreign military sales on an equal footing with the OEM components.

The TT straps were previously sole-sourced parts. Competition will now result in lower pricing, benefitting the DLA and the U.S. taxpayer.

More TT straps and elastomeric components are in the pipeline at Airwolf to receive DLA, FAA and other civil aviation authority approvals.

Airwolf has sold thousands of TT straps for Bell UH-1, 204, 205, 210 and 212 helicopters under its FAA STC and STC validations by EASA, Transport Canada, and Brazil ANAC.
