TRAXXALL Welcomes Aviation Industry Veteran with Specialization in Rotorcraft Operations

TRAXXALL, a provider of maintenance tracking, announces that Jim Coates has joined the TRAXXALL team as an aircraft maintenance analyst. Reporting to the director of operations, Coates' mandate is to support clients by ensuring that they have the best experience and derive maximum value from TRAXXALL’s powerful maintenance tracking system.

Prior to joining TRAXXALL, Coates was helicopter manager at CAMP Systems; director of Airworthiness Compliance at Evergreen/Erickson Helicopters; chief inspector/aircraft records manager at Evergreen/Erickson Helicopters; aircraft technician/quality control inspector at Galvin Flying Service; and jet engine technician/quality control inspector at Airwork Corporation. He is an FAA-approved airframe and powerplant (A&P) technician and has earned several additional course accreditations. Coates began his career as a full-time crew chief in the U.S. Air Force.
