Veryon’s CEO, Bethany Little, Named 2025 Herizon Award Winner for Transformative Leadership in Aviation Technology
Veryon, a provider of information services and software solutions for the aviation industry, announces that its chief executive officer, Bethany Little, has been named a 2025 Herizon Award winner by the Business Intelligence Group. The annual awards honor women who are redefining leadership and driving measurable impact in their industries and communities.
The Herizon Awards are judged by industry executives and peers who evaluate nominees based on measurable outcomes, vision and long-term impact. Winners are recognized for creating lasting change within their organizations and beyond.

Little was selected as the Executive Influencer winner for her groundbreaking work advancing AI-powered, predictive maintenance in aviation, accelerating digital transformation across a global customer base, and championing pathways for women in STEM and software leadership. Since stepping into the CEO role in January 2025, she has accelerated Veryon’s mission to help customers adopt easy-to-use technology to transform aircraft maintenance across 75,000 operators in 150 countries. Under Little’s leadership, Veryon has quickly become one of the most visible forces in next-generation aviation maintenance. She has spearheaded the company’s strategic shift toward data-driven predictive technology, helping operators prevent failures before they happen, reduce downtime, and unlock new efficiencies in fleet operations. At the same time, she has doubled down on building a culture centered on transparency, inclusion and talent development, with a focus on elevating women and underrepresented voices in technical and leadership roles.

Known for her customer- and people-first leadership philosophy, she has guided companies through acquisitions, rapid growth and major technology evolutions while maintaining a strong culture and customer value. She credits her connection to aviation, in part, to her military family roots, growing up around the world as a general’s daughter, which has fostered a deep personal respect for the servant leadership and precision that define the industry.
