Position Summary
Full Time, the shift is Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm some weekend availability may be needed
Under the supervision of our Director of Maintenance, the Inspector Technician will be responsible for general preventative and corrective maintenance on company and customer-owned aircraft as summarized below:
Maintains and repairs aircraft structures and related components including flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components. Applies technical knowledge of A P systems to determine equipment malfunctions and applies expertise in restoring aircraft to safe, airworthy condition. This position reports directly to the CHP Program Manager.
The Aircraft Mechanic Lead assigned to this position is a working lead responsible to the Director of Maintenance for performing duties as assigned. Frequently exercises independent judgment and possesses abilities sufficient to supervise a crew of aircraft mechanics.
