In 2013 the Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance (AWAM) reached a major milestone by awarding over $120,000.00 in industry-leading scholarships.
We have a new name — Helicopter Maintenance. We feel it is time to introduce a new name for the magazine that clearly identifies who we are.
I don’t remember when I first heard the expression that is the title of this article — but it made a lasting impression on me and I hope it does with you, too.
