Airbus H135

SKYTRAC Systems Ltd. (SKYTRAC), a provider in aerospace intelligent connectivity and satellite communications (satcom), announces that it has partnered with a Canadian law enforcement agency to complete an Airbus H135 standard type certification (STC) for its SDL-350 broadband aircraft satcom and onboard server. Being one of the first integrations of the SDL-350 on the H135 platform, SKYTRAC has installed, certified and flight-tested the SDL-350 on the H135 aircraft.

Norwegian Air Ambulance orders three Airbus H135s and two five-bladed H145s following a tender the operator recently won in Denmark, where the aircraft will be used for life-saving missions. The HEMS operator will also take delivery of two new H145s in 2024 to expand its fleet in Norway.

London’s Air Ambulance Charity (LAAC), the helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) for the UK’s capital, orders two Airbus H135 helicopters for the renewal of its fleet under a contract signed at the Farnborough International Airshow.
