GPMS Announces John Byus as Director of Sales for the Americas

GPMS, provider of the health and usage monitoring system (HUMS) known as Foresight MX, announces that rotorcraft industry veteran, John Byus, has joined the company’s sales organization as the director of Sales–Americas. His responsibilities will include expanding the Foresight customer base throughout the Americas and working with fleet operators to develop specialized solutions to address the intricate needs of their programs.

GPMS, which provides the helicopter industry’s most advanced health and usage monitoring system (HUMS), known as Foresight MX, announces that the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil (ANAC) has granted a supplemental type certificate for Foresight MX. The certificate was based on a prior Federal Aviation Administration STC and covers the installation of Foresight MX on the Airbus H125/AS350 B3 platform.

GPMS, a provider of helicopter health-monitoring systems, announces at the SHIFT Air Medical Transport Conference that it is pursuing a supplemental type certificate (STC) for its Foresight MX health and usage monitoring system (HUMS) on the Airbus H135 platform. To achieve the STC, GPMS will work with Metro Aviation, a provider in air-medical transportation services and helicopter completions in the United States.

GPMS announces it has received an FAA supplemental type certification (STC) for its Foresight MX health-monitoring system on the Bell 212/412 helicopter platform. The Foresight MX brings 21st century predictive monitoring capabilities to the 212/412 platform.

The Tennessee Valley Authority selects GPMS' Foresight MX Helicopter Health and Usage Monitoring System to provide service on current Bell 407GXi aircraft as well as on planned fleet additions, including an MD530 and Bell 429.

GPMS announces it has received an FAA supplemental type certification (STC) for its Foresight MX health-monitoring system on the AS350 ‘AStar’ helicopter platform. The initial certification is on the H125 (AS350-B3). The company plans to file a Transport Canada CA and pursue EASA approvals and STC amendments to include B2 variants.
